SHIPPING DATA

The CUSTOMER must indicate in the customer’s data the address of the consignment. The shipment will be made through home delivery through the UPS courier service. CELLER D’EN MARC is not responsible for the costs that may result in an incomplete or incorrect delivery address from the client.

SHIPPING COST

The prices offered at ELCELLERDENMARC.COM are not included in the shipping costs. These expenses will vary depending on the destination of the shipment. The CUSTOMER will be informed on the Web itself of the amount of these expenses in each case.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES

The products of the LALUT brand sold through the “online” store ELCELLERDENMARC.COM, can only be delivered to Spain.

The delivery time is 3-5 days for products that we have in stock.

RETURNS

CLIENT will have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order to make the return of the purchased product. For the Christmas campaign, orders made between December 1 and January 1, will have 30 days to change.

VALID MOTIVES TO REALIZE A RETURN OR CHANGES

  • IF the product delivered to the CUSTOMER is different from the one requested.
  • IF the product delivered was broken, damaged or in poor condition.

In these cases the products will be replaced at no additional cost, for customers resident in Spain. Customers outside Spain must take charge of the collection and shipping costs. The CUSTOMER must indicate in writing by sending an e-mail to the address elcellerdenmarc@gmail.com specifying the reference of the order and attaching clear images of the defective part. Once we receive this information we will proceed to send the correct product again and a change will occur with the messenger. The CLIENT must have prepared the product to return in the same state where it received it.

If, on the other hand, the CUSTOMER wishes to return the money for the purchase, he or she must send the product to this address:

EL CELLER D’EN MARC – Camí de bell loc, S/N – 17230 Palamós, Girona

In this case the cost of the shipment will be borne by the CUSTOMER. Once the product has been returned and when it arrives at CELLER D’EN MARC, it will be examined that it complies with the detailed return conditions. If everything is correct, EL CELLER D’EN MARC will proceed to pay the amount of the purchase by bank transfer to the account that the CUSTOMER designates.

NO ADMISSION OF RETURNS

  • No refunds or changes of used bottles are allowed.
  • NO returns or changes of items on offer (rebates, temporary promotions, etc …)
